It is now possible to selectively enable or disable frequency scanning for individual receivers or receiver channels in a system. To enable or disable scanning for an entire receiver, right click the receiver in the system device tree and choose the desired option in the popup menu. To enable or disable scanning for particular receiver channel, right click the channel in the Channels tab choose the desired option in the popup menu. When scanning is disabled for a channel, the "SD" (scanning disabled) icon appears in the channel control to warn the operator. Note: In the case of DSQD receivers, scanning can be enabled or disabled only for the entire device, not individual channels, because all channels participate in the scanning process.
Changed the name of some File menu items to indicate that they control "offline" mode actions, e.g. "New" becomes "New (Offline)".
In Frequency Coordination tab, M2T channels are now labeled as type "M2T" instead of "M2R".
