Repair Order Process

Repairing your equipment takes 4-easy steps:

1. Tell us about it: Email us at service.repair@lectrosonics.com, give us a call at (505) 892-4501, or complete the online repair order form.  Make sure to note your model number, serial number, and the issue present.  We’ll create a repair order (RO) number for you and send shipping details.
2. Send it to us: Ship your equipment to our factory service center.
3. We fix it: Our qualified repair technicians fix your gear.
4. We send it back: We process payment and ship your equipment back to you.

If we run into any issues along the way, rest assured.  We’ll reach out and make sure you’re in the loop.

All repair services include any improvements to hardware and/or firmware.  All services are provided in accordance with current FCC regulations.

Turnaround Time

Our current repair turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, but is subject to variation based on current volume.

Warranty vs Non-warranty?

When creating your repair order, we will let you know if your equipment is covered under warranty.  Lectrosonics offers three types of warranties:

• Factory Warranty: Lectrosonics equipment is covered for 1-year from the date of purchase for any defects in materials or workmanship.
• Extended Warranty: Lectrosonics equipment is covered for several years from the date of purchase for any improvements to hardware and/or firmware.  This varies model by model.
• Service Warranty: Repaired equipment is covered for 90-days for any defects in materials or workmanship performed on a previous repair order.  If your unit receives a new internal board on a repair, that board has a 1-year service warranty.

If your equipment falls outside of these warranty timelines, then a labor fee and parts costs will apply to the repair services.  We will quote these to you upfront, before you send your equipment into our factory service center.

Legacy Equipment Repair

Due to obsolete parts, certain legacy products can no longer be repaired by our factory service center.  If you have a legacy product in need of repair, please reach out to us at service.repair@lectrosonics.com, or give us a call at (505) 892-4501.  We’re happy to walk you through service possibilities for your specific legacy product.
